Printer was not new as advertised. no ink cartridges, open box. did not work prints all blurry after set up

CARB FUNCTION
Functions as intended. Tried the cheap copies, they do not work. I wished it was priced more affordably. The Briggs & Stratton Carb is also made is China but it works unlike the cheap CHINA PRODUCTS
