Pictured in box cam wrapped in plastic with figure jammed In car. I get it says box may be damaged but it doesn't say omitted. That make this used not new, not open box, but scratched with figure smashed in the car with poor instructions. While instructions is irrelevant I am a buyer with 100% feedback for 20 yrs and I finally came upon my worst experience as a buyer. Pictured one way sold another with the knowledge of a return just costs buyer too much to get justice on a buyer who falsified

The trophy is exactly like the photos. I received it damaged. The seller emailed me after I requested a refund. I shipped it back to him and he offered to sell me a new one minus my shipping fees for the returned damaged trophy. After I receive the new trophy it will end as a positive experience.

seller offered to send me a new trophy. seller will pay for my shipping cost to mail back the damaged trophy. i have shipped the damaged trophy back and await refund for my shipping cost. and await new trophy. unfortunately i cannot change my negative feedback. ebay does not allow me to change it from negative to positive. if seller pays my shipping and sends me a new trophy then it was a POSITIVE experience.

Happy that I got my purchase. Seller was extremely friendly and business transaction has concluded. Aside with a very protected well wrapped packaging, the box itself was crushed a lot. Figure inside is fine. Which is odd by itself. For a figure that is hard to come by I am glad to complete my set of five.
