A good design for both horse and human
1 of 1 found this helpful I bought the Wintec Isabell because I already own one and I know how invaluable they are. The saddle is user friendly to the max. You clean it with a hose, even without a degree in engineering you can switch out the gullet as your horse changes his/her shape, it has a Cair system that disperses the rider's weight over the horse's back and it doesn't cost a fortune. It's big brother, the Bates Isabell, does all those things BUT you can't/ought not to clean it with a hose and its cost is more in the small fortune department. It's a great saddle to learn in, puts your leg in the correct position and has a seat deep enough for confidence but open enough for necessary butt movement. And last but by no means least, it fits a horse's fragile back.
