This item was ordered on November 25th and the seller indicated a delivery date of December 7. Today is Christmas Eve and the item has not arrived. No problem as I understand shipping issues during the holidays. However, this was a Christmas gift and now it is no longer needed. At this point the seller has remained in communication but today I just asked for a full refund so I will post another comment to mention how the refund request was handled.
