If your hands are not crooked, your head is smart, you have free time and you are not disgusted by doing this, it is worth trying.

Of the 18 pieces, I completely restored 12, 2 pieces are hopeless with several, but not all, bad batteries, 3 pieces with damaged control boards, but with completely good batteries. Another one is restored, but not the original and it initially has weak batteries. Its control board can be moved to one of the 3 with damaged original boards. As a result - out of 18 non-working, 13 fully working original ones were restored, of the remaining 5 there are about 20 good 18650 Samsung with currents up to 30A.
