  This is my 5th one from this seller and my 3rd review for the item. This time it wasn’t so pleasing. It arrived shattered and took a month to arrive, no other items in the package. Good quality stone and very nice looking just broken. I’ve never seen a stone have crumbs until this arrived haha. Still think is a good price. I contacted seller about what happened and they offered me a partial refund but idk what %. I’m still contacting the seller about the situation. I still would buy again. 10/10

  I ordered a necessary replacement part for my computer. 10 days later, and tracking only said they printed the shipping info. So I inquired about my order. Got "sorry, we refund, don't give negative rating". I still wanted the part, and asked why it wasn't sent. Seller SPAMS my inbox with "we give refund?". I tell them over and over, I want the part. They process the refund. What was the point of even buying from them? DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS SELLER. 100% UNPROFESSIONAL.
