INSTRUCTIONS as defined in description, "HEAD UNIT FAULTY", made contact sent me a factory reset password still no instructions, thanks to google did a reset. Asked me to send it back but at my expense.Refunded for the product but not postage, asked why they only refund via PayPal and Payoneer.iam sure in this digital world you can find a way to refund the customer especially when the product is faulty as it's Australian law that you must do so.!!!BUYER BE WARE!!!
