Super sturdy and the perfect height.
3 of 3 found this helpful Fabulous stand, if it;s mounted close to the press, it's the perfect height to make the transition from the powder dump to dropping the bullet in the press, quick and easy. It's sturdy and the mounting holes are large enough to accommodate a 5/15 bolt, which is nice because when using some powders, the granuals get caught in the charge barrel and you have to put a lot of pressure on the handle to slice through them when it rotates. If the stand isn't mounted securely, it flexes, eventually causing the mounting screws to come loose, not on this baby. Well done RCBS! Most of my reloading equipment is Hornaday, passed down to me by my father. The Hordaday stand had the issue I stated above. So, the fix was to buy the RCBS...and paint it red!
