Baofeng UV-5R
I have purchased 3 of these units and very impressed with their quality and performance. Using mine for local police/sheriff scanner, NOAA broadcast and FM radio. Watching how to videos on YouTube discover how to program radios. Using mine for emergency situations for EDC and 3 day pack operation and disaster preparedness. I plan to purchase another as I use EDC, 3 and 7 day packs. So impressed with these radios provided one to a friend - probably obtain HAM license in the future.

Camo Baofeng UV-6R Radio
Unit purchased was to replace older version. Very pleased/extremely pleased - the improvement to radio and quality of radio greatly improved. Purchased extended battery also and unit in green/black camo meets my needs. So impressed with this radio combination I purchased a second unit also in camo and also another extended battery. I used my unit mainly to listen to FM radio and scanner for monitoring local law enforcement. Working on obtaining HAM license at this time.

UltraFire Mini Flashlights Single Mode
These little flashlights are excellent in all the ways I find usages for them; I use them in photography, around home, in transportation, backpacks, EDC, INCH, tool pouches, first aid kits and as emergency lighting during power failures. I use yellow, green, blue and white medication bottles on them as directional wands the white bottles act as diffused light bulbs/sources. They are small enough I use them with Velcro head bands as headlamps. Each of my portable HAM and CB (9) radios has its own dedicated flashlight. I have purchased around 50 of these over time and have suffered only one that failed me - I use them as gifts to friends as well. I use rechargeable batteries only and in operational use always carry four (4) spare batteries; burn time last for about one (1) and twenty (20) minutes of continual burn time per battery. I use both single and three (3) mode operation. I highly recommend these flashlights as they are of good quality, light weight and stand up to abuse. I am disabled and also use them on a walker and as head and tail lights on electric wheel chair. I always have at least one of these flashlights on me at all times. I make sure I only purchase UltraFire brand - other brands have failed my usage. Great product. BTW way I use color code to match flashlights to equipment load out: black general load out and photography, green for OD field gear, bronze for Coyote Brown field gear, red for medical kits.
