Sturdy and attractive
Got this for a very small monitor but it could definatly handle a fairly large monitor, very study. It looks very nice too, not like those ugly pipe looking things.

Gongy
I purchased this 18" Wuhan as well as a 16" Wuhan crash. The sound is a little different than any brands I've used (and I've used them all), I would say they sound kind of gong like. At first I was a little put off but they grew on me quickly, and for this price I don't think you can do better. I would recommend the 16" (or a 17") over the 18" but that's a matter of personal taste.
