  The item was not NEW, the packaging was opened then resealed. I still would have bought the item whether it was new or open package. Price of the item was reasonable. Communication with seller was excellent and shipping was fast. I only rated the seller neutral for stating the package was NEW

  You are right, the package had been opened and then resealed. It was new, however, in that it was never used. I am sorry about the misrepresentation.
