Much better than expected!

I bought this on a whim and knowing that it was a low priced gamble. I really enjoyed it, there are some great versions of the classic Hawkwind material, and although Metal is not my genre, and the growled vocals verge on self-parody in places, Assault and Battery and You Shouldn't Do That in particular are terrific, the latter almost (whisper it) an improvement on the original. Give it a go!

A completist purchase, but well worth it

Not Hawkwind, but Hawkwind. White Zone is the missing link between the Hawks and their dance contemporaries. All instrumental, and all consciously eschewing their even then (1995) lengthy career in rock music.
