Amazing book, great story. Easy read, short chapters.

My 8 yr old son blew through this in a few days. I would ask him how he liked it but he took off on a ship and I haven't heard from him since.

Cool mind-opening book

The Tuttle Twins got this dad to ponder the miraculous pencil! Colorfully illustrated, nice length, important message. My 8 yr old enjoyed it.

Amazing, approachable tactics game, awesome play characters, endless play experiences

Really fun game. My son is 7 and he plays Dragonwood, Castlepanic, Chess, and other games I groomed him on. This game is definitely the deepest game I've taught him but it's fun for him and we're learning the rules as we go along. Its so fun to play a war game with plastic characters instead of using cards. Our first full game lasted several hours, but we are sure to get quicker as we get familiar with the rules. It teaches good strategy and tactics and that's important to me to teach that to him. The game is addictive in that each army has it's own unique abilities, and even each individual unit has its' own unique abilities! Plus the war scenario and goals are different every time, the army is different every time too, so there's unlimited play experiences. The only thing is the artwork and character design is awesome and visually impressive but could be a little scary for a little kid. Otherwise I Highly recommend this!!
