    BUYER-BEWARE Arrived damaged due to inadequate packaging; seller vague & unresponsive, never initiated a case with Fedex & tried waiting-out the eBay 30-day purchase-protection time window, then offers only $100 back to cover the broken part I just found being commonly-sold for around $300; I declined their generous $100 offering; seller has no proof that these are new OEM parts & no original OEM-packaging; mine had gear-oil internally as if it had been used or installed previously, stay away!!

    multiple false claims. packaging was adequate, outer box was huge. fedex case was indeed opened, and declined, because of buyer's provided insufficient pictures, as I initially stated would happen. I did not try to wait out 30 day period, another false claim. buyer installed part and happily reported great results, later because of emotions, claimed part not OEM? part is old stock, as was stated in private message, and is brand new with assembly oil from factory. thanks.

id make one improvement, but still A+
DPI setting buttons should not have been placed in the area which you ALWAYS use, the left mouse click, they're very close and sometimes you tend to click on the dpi setting and change it. but, once you are set on your dpi setting, in the software you can edit it to be constant so it'll never change. also, if you get a refurbished one, definitely reset the device to its defaults again using logitech's software, since mine had weird button assignments and even the blue/green led wasn't working right for the batterysaver/performance mode before i did it.
