Kamelot classic
1 of 1 found this helpful One of their best works. Loved it since first listen. There are fast power metal songs, some slower anthems and of course beautiful ballads. I'd say Karma is sucessor to The Fourth Legacy - awesome riffs from Thomas Youngblood, extremly fast drumming from Casey Grillo and great vocals from Roy Khan his voice is magnificient, haunting, he's incredible vocalist. Overall one of the best power metal albums.
Favourite songs: Karma, Across the Highlands, The Spell, Forever
KAMELOT GHOST OPERA SEALED CD NEW

Different, yet good
WIth some new blood (Oliver Palotai, keyboards, joined in 2006) Kamelot decided to take a new direction. Songs became slower and more symphonic, lyrics became more serious. After The Black Halo (2005) Ghost Opera sounds bland and less epic but to be honest most albums do. Power metal fans may not like because it isn't as fast as band's previous works.
Favourites: Ghost Opera, The Human Stain, Mourning Star

Best Kamelot CD!
Easily the best Kamelot CD. It excites you since the first song untill the last. I was afraid to listen to the whole album, like what if the rest isn't as good as March of Mephisto? But every song here is great. A+ level.
