Calming as he**
Came home very very strung out from a long day and over stimulation from caffeine and energy drinks. This took about 1 hour to get to base line and I am getting more relaxed as the time passes. Definitely recommend for anyone who likes kava kava. Great product.

Game changer
Have taken this now for a little over a year now, and, it has improved the overall health and wellbeing of myself and in turn has flowed over into my personal relations, mental health and daily social interaction. I'd recommend this to anyone.
