  Package never arrived could have been the USPS but then again they lack on updating clients for issues they know they have.

  I'm sorry for the trouble. It was a mistake on my part and got usps and ups confused when I dropped off packages. Usps never informed us and instead it got lost at the main hub. I figured it arrived and instead it never was at the right spot. I apologize and will be more diligent in future transactions
