Bright ceiling lamps

I replaced two older fluorescent fixtures that contained four 2 foot tubes. These lights are brighter and they look much nicer. The remote for it works fine. My only complaint is that there were no installation instructions (except for using the remote), but I'm handy enough to have figured it out. A template for installing it in the ceiling would have been helpful (I made my own), but otherwise I am very happy with the lamps.
