  The item finally arrived but the dropper was smashed. I immediately took photos after opening it and messaged the seller. They responded asking where the damaged bottle was I said the bottle was fine I just need a new dropped and they have failed to respond since. Poor packaging of the product led to the issue and now I have solution I can't use without the dropper. Very poor.

  The worst seller we have ever encountered on E Bay. Our item did not arrive, we gave the seller extra time, then contacted them and we were told they would issue a refund. A dozen messages later we still have no refund and then the seller tells us to apply through E Bay, as a seller myself I know this is not correct and it takes 5 seconds to complete a refund. This seller has a history of not sending items and then not issuing refunds. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS SELLER, they should be banned.
