Good buy!
2 of 2 found this helpful For the amount of viewing, this is a great price. And it's the kind of series you can watch over and over. I've read all the books numerous times and am familiar with the area (I'm a Brit and went to college in the area), and the DVDs are very close to the books. Love the fact that all the actors (minus the main ones) look like they are true locals, farmers etc with all their quirks and Yorkshire habits. Wonderful! No perfect -looking people here. Love it! Not quite as detailed as the books, of course, but still great value.

Excellent study book
I start this for students mid way through Suzuki book 2. It’s excellent for note reading, consolidation of left hand position, and superb for bowing technique, fluid bow arm and development of beautiful tone and musical expression. Highly recommend.
