Not easy to use
1 of 4 found this helpful Don't expect anything special for the price. Positives are it heats up quickly and is lightweight. Problem is the steaming button is tricky to use, you have to slide it forwards and push it down at the same time. Not sure what genius thought that was a good design. Instructions are pretty poor and explain badly how to attach nozzles (which is also tricky to do). It also does not explain that to unscrew the cap the steam must be fully used up and you must push down on the steam button whilst unscrewing. Again, a bit awkward in all areas. I kept it anyway as was desperate to steam the dust mites out of my bed so this was better than nothing, but in future I would spend more money on a more quality product than this.
