The user's instruction and shipment tracking needs improvement !

Generally speaking, it's OK, that's why I give 3 star. The main problem I had was with the setting up: 1. The unit comes with a one page instruction how to set up, but the prints are so small that even if using an amplifier lense you may still not able to read because it's not printed clearly, I don't know why print it larger and use one or two more pieces of paper is cost prohibitive or what. The QR code comes with it for download user's manual does NOT work, there is no user's manual. 2. There are some small plastic parts come with the NVR, nowhere to find what's the use of them, unless you are a professional installer, you need to spend weeks to learn all those technicalities of this NVR. Shipping was by some kind of carrier no way to track it till the day it was out for delivery, so if we had gone for a trip and the unit would be placed in front of my door for days under the sun or rain, ot get stolen. Lucky I canceled my trip last minute due to the surge of COVID at the destination state. I don't know how the warranty that I bought would work or not. just wait and see. It took mu quite sometime to set it up, had to factory reset a couple of time to connect to internet. After all is done, it looks not bad, it automatically caught up all the existing cameras. Still, there are so many tech functional details of the system I don't understand and no user's manual to look up to.
