These AirPods are not genuine. The serial number is duplicated. I received mine and didn’t open till a week ago. Used it and nobody can hear me. I visited Apple Store and they said this is not authentic and refused to service it. I have an email from Apple saying that. The seller knows it’s fake and when I contacted him he offered me $20 refund, then $40 refund and started playing games. I want all of my money back. And if he wants his fake AirPods back, he needs to pay for shipping.

FAKE. They look exactly the same as the real apple products packaging was awesome. Everything wrapped and unopened. Set up right away. Only bad thing they don’t perform as the originals. I took a chance cause the seller is business friendly and honest. So is your choice because I read others reviews also. An expect to wait 3 weeks but they will come eventually

These are ornaments not figurines just so everybody knows what they are. They are very cute. They were a dollar and I don’t think I would’ve bought them if I had known that they were just a flat piece that you hang on your tree. I thought they were actually figurines ornaments that you put on your tree not flat pieces
