I have a harmony hub. It came with 1 blaster but ports for 2. I needed a second. I got this one, plugged it in and it worked.

surflink media 2 is the best accessory I have
I always have had trouble hearing TV even though I wear hearing aids. I tried wireless headphones. Unfortunately, I must remove my hearing aids to wear them. I turn up the volume as high as it goes and although louder, its hard to understand dialog. I took a chance on the surflink. Its wonderful. I only have the volume turned up about a third and the sound comes directly through my hearing aids. Its great. One disadvantage. When I am listening to TV, the mic is off on my hearing aid so if someone in the room tries to speak with me, I can't hear them. It takes a little adjusting for my wife since its not easy to tell if I am using the surflink or not. Such a small tradeoff.
