So far, so good.
Very comfortable gloves. I did find the thumbs a tad long for me but we are all built different. Most brands I wear XL but took a L in these and they fit perfect. I was towards the maximum size for a large on the size chart, I am glad I didn't upsize to XL or they would have been too big. Heat seems to be about on par or even better than with my First Gear (warm n safe) gloves but without the need for a bulky controller. I only have had a chance to use them once so far and it was 6C (43F) out. I had them set at 50% with my heated grips turned off and my hands stayed warm. They are much less bulky than any of my other cold weather gloves and make it easy to use switches on the bike. The touch screen pad is where your finger print is, not on the tip of the glove which I find a bit awkward and less precise to hit a small target. The cord exits on the outside of the rear skirt, it would have been nicer if they exited on the inside of the gauntlet skirt so you don't need to loop the cord back around to get to the cord coming out of your jacket sleeve. Hopefully they last as I am quite pleased with them even if they have a couple of minor quirks I mentioned. The pluses far outweigh the minuses. (especially at the great price I got mine for)

OEM HJC shield so the fit is perfect. I have read reports of the gold coming off of the shield. I will keep an eye on mine and see how it lasts.

OK visor but not quite what I wanted
Visor is optically good, The finishing however is rough around the edges and the thumb tab does not have the inner bulge that locks the visor down to the helmet when closed. With this said it is also sold at a very affordable price. For me, even with the lower price it was not what I wanted. I put it on the shelf and ordered the genuine dark smoke Shoei visor from the UK. Too bad they won't sell them here. I received the Shoei one yesterday and as expected it is much better quality, albeit at a higher price.
