    The box of the item itself was a bit banged up and not in brand new condition. This item was unopened and seems to be intact even though the glueing has come undone near the opening thumb print. I don't have the original description to know if this was mentioned. Item was shipped on time and arrived in a timely manner. Thank you.

    The box was pristine when it went into the shipping box. This one falls on USPS. I immediatley refunded the buyer 60% of the transaction because of this.

This ratchet is very nice at this price point. It's not butter smooth like snappy but just as precise. The high tooth count on a ratchet this size is very useful. I used this ratchet for about four hours today and have no complaints. Before today I used it one other time for about 30 min. It's nice and feels more expensive than it is.
