Bad microphone, great speakers.
3 of 4 found this helpful As far as sound going into your head, the audio quality is superb. The noise cancelling is second to none. It would be hard to believe there is a better product for listening to music.
When it comes to audio input, the microphone picks up EVERYTHING and seems to key into white noise as opposed to rejecting it. The best real world example. I have tried to pour myself a glass of water from the sink during two separate phone calls, and unprompted both callers complained the sound was deafening and they could no longer here my words.

Solid O.K.
You must reset your expectations from a standard Roomba. Overall, I'm happy with the purchase, but it's usability is much more limited than expected.
