Orbit Rain Sensor Hard Wired Model Adjustable Easy To Setup Durable

Great water saver

Well made device with multiple options for mounting. Adjustable for both the amount of rain that needs to fall before it deactivates the system, and for the recovery time before it becomes active again. Note the adapter that allows the unit to be mounted onto electrical conduit as shown in my photo seems to be made for US size rather than our 20mm conduit, however a replacement adapter is available from Bunnings as pictured (Item number 4330865)

Good device

Does everything it is supposed to do and records high quality images. 170 degrees is very wide angle and captures action happening to the side but the downside of this is even relatively close objects appear far away, so vehicles have to be close in order for number plates to be readable. The unit is very good value for money, however despite being described as having dual language instructions mine came with a book in Chinese only.
