The payment process was disappointing. They advertised free postage which encouraged me to choose this seller over others and pay a higher price for the items, which was offset by the free postage. I entered my delivery address and the price was confirmed so I purchased the items. Two days later I was told they wouldn’t deliver to my area unless I payed an extra $65 per item. Not happy.

They wanted to invoice me via my Paypal OUTSIDE EBAY which is against policy. I refused and product was sent without extra fee. Seller advertises free postage but has a postage calculator and when used it indicated postage was fee. I purchased the product only to receive an email stating that I had to pay $20 postage. I then argued the case and the seller agreed to send the concrete vibrator. The next email received stated that the courier had dropped and damaged the package and that there were no more in stock. I believe this was untrue and no evidence was provided. Buy elsewhere

This seller Tried to gouge me for $70 extra shipping when postage for the item was already paid as part of the transacxtion. I did recieve a refund and bought exact same item for the same price from another seller (without the the extra postage)
