Stopped working after three hours

The motor broke after three hours of use, after switching from a 45 to a 33. Although, it is a Victrola so this should hardly be a surprise. Obviously it was sent back.

Good but one issue

The CD didn’t look scratched at all but as soon as I played it in my car “Ghost on the Dance Floor” was barely recognizable. All the other songs were fine, but the one song is what rocked it two stars.
