Awesome guitar - can't believe the value!
Awesome solid Sapele guitar! I've been a Martin player for years, and have owned several D15's including a DC15E these are their all solid mahogany models. This is my first Eastman, and I got it second hand. It had upgraded ebony bridge pins when I received it. After a quick set up and new strings I was stunned at the tone and playability. Nice round tone - great low end and sparkling highs - just what I'd expect from a solid mahogany guitar. Really love the guitar! Open grain solid sapele top, back and sides looks beautiful also. Overall the build quality is just incredible especially considering the price. I'd say it is one of the best values out there. This is definitely a keeper!
