What it says on the package
Easy to rebuild your pedals following the included instructions and the tools that you are likely to already have if you do any work on your bike.

Excellent - if it suits your needs
It does what it says on the box, though it is worth thinking about you intend attaching it to your bikes or rack. The edges of the plastic etc may scratch bike paintwork etc. I added an angle bracket to the back and use the velcro straps just on the top of the board to wrap around the horizontal arms of my JetBlack bike carrier - that works well and is pretty easy to get on and off. A plus is the conventional lightbulbs so I didn't have to get a special wiring harness for the car to work with LED lights.
