Not the best item
First I must say I thought I could just walk up lay my iphone X on it and it work. Well if the unit sits for 5 minutes or so you must pull the plug out from it and then put it in again to reset it.
Second it take about 5-6 hours to charge where a plug in the wall to the phone takes 1 hour at most. Seems it is soooooo slow. Other than that it works but definitely would not buy it again. bought 2 and gave one to my daughter and works identical but she wont use it as it takes forever to charge.

Great Product
Works well and is short enough to hide behind the TV yet long enough to grab a hold of to use.

Not quite what I wished it to be
the unit works but it definitely is not like the past ones. The cutting area is more recessed than the previous one and this one can cut you as the other one could not. For the price it is ok but I was not looking for price I needed more quality.
