This defect doesn’t appear to have been the direct fault of the seller, however; the seller should stand by the product and didn’t seem willing to do so at first. The seller did accept a return but then had the return held at the post office for 10 days and did not process the return, which left me with no product or money for two weeks. This is an unacceptable handling of customer service.
