  This is a very honest seller. there was a cracked gear in this fishing reel. I contacted Roy and explained the problem with him. I also sent photos of the gear that was damaged. He asked me how I wanted to handle this and we both agreed to a partial refund. I was able to buy a parts reel to fix this one. He is a very nice guy and a real pleasure to deal with. Thanks again for all you did to fix this issue with the reel. well pleased with transaction, great communication, and packaged well .
