Warehouse Pallet Racking

Warehouse Pallet Racking

With warehouse pallet racking, you have all the space you need to store inventory. What's more, with the right setup, your warehouse is more organised, and a well-organised warehouse means more profit and faster ship times. One advantage to this style of storage is that the user can make the shelf as tall as needed it isn't a standard size. The user gets to adjust the rows to match the merchandise. No wasted space.

Selective Pallet Racks

The most common type of pallet racking is the selective pallet rack. The entire setup consists of upright frames and rack beams. Products are easily accessible, and you don't have to move other products around to get to the one you need. It's the perfect system for storing a wide assortment of items that you need to get to at any given time.

Pushback and Pallet Flow Racks

If you store a lot of the same product, then a pushback pallet racking system is for you. Employees are able to store between two and six pallets deep, depending on the size you purchase. Pallet flow racks are sloped, which allows pallets to "flow" forward. Both these styles are ideal for First-In/First-Out stock rotation. What's more, with pushback and pallet flow racks you reduce the number of forklift travel aisles needed.

Branded or Unbranded Racking

As with just about every item you purchase, you have the option of picking a brand name like Dexion and Brownbuilt or going with unbranded warehouse pallet racking. Both styles are high-quality shelving that keeps the workplace in mind by its very design. One thing about buying a brand name is that if you decide later on to add additional storage, the branded units are designed to work interchangeably with each other. This may not be the case if you buy unbranded units.
