Can I list a property to rent?
Yes, as long as you personally own the property, have ownership rights, or you are an accredited travel provider or licensed travel agent.

A real estate listing is not a legally binding offer to sell that property. Instead, similar to an ad in a newspaper, the listing provides a way for sellers to advertise their property to meet potential buyers. Any legally binding agreement is completed outside of eBay.
About listing in the Real Estate category:
- Classified Ad listings run for 28 days
- Interested buyers can contact the seller by phone using the details displayed in the listing, or send them a message. The parties can arrange inspections etc. and negotiate terms of a potential sale
- Any resulting transaction takes place outside of eBay

Why does eBay have this policy?
