Postage rates for buyers

You can find a seller's postage rates in the Postage section of every eBay listing. We always show the postage cost separately to the item cost to make clear exactly how much you're paying for delivery.

To learn more about the seller's postage options – including any express delivery services or combined postage discounts – and whether tracking is available, select See details next to where the postage cost is shown at the top of the listing. Alternatively, select the Postage and payments tab.

When you're searching for an item, use the Free postage filter to see listings that don't charge for delivery.

Increased postage rates after a sale

Once you've bought an item, sellers can't increase postage rates without your agreement. If the seller makes a change that you don't agree with, and you can't resolve the issue directly with them, get in touch with us and we'll step in to help.
