When does the promotion run?

• The Promotion runs from 00:01 (AEST) on Thursday 1 January 2026 to 23:59 (AEST) on 30 April 2026 (“Promotion Period”).
  
• eBay reserves the right to cancel or extend the Promotion at any time as set out in clause 24 below.

What is the promotion?

• Post your first item for FREE ($0.00) with an Australia Post delivery service through eBay’s label platform during the Promotion Period (“Promotion”).
• For the avoidance of doubt, if you cancel your first label, you will not be eligible for an additional free label.
• Only Australia Post Parcel Post delivery services will be eligible for the Promotion.
  

Who is eligible for this promotion?

• You are eligible for this Promotion if you have not purchased a postage label via eBay’s label platform before (“Eligible Sellers”). The Promotion will appear within the eBay Labels platform for Eligible Sellers.
• This Promotion is not transferable or exchangeable.
• The Promotion is linked to the eBay account under which it appears. To use the free label, Eligible Sellers must list and post using the User ID associated with that eBay account.
• Members whose eBay accounts are temporarily or indefinitely suspended or made inactive prior to or during the Promotion Period are not eligible for this Promotion.
• You may be excluded from this Promotion if your eBay account is subject to listing restrictions, suspended, restricted or made inactive or if your seller performance falls to Below Standard prior to or during the Promotion Period.

What exclusions and other conditions apply?

• The Promotion only applies to Australia Post Parcel Post services on eBay’s labels platform and applies to your first label only.
• The Promotion does not apply to eBay’s Insertion Fees, Variables Fees, Fixed Fees or fees for optional features or services (including Feature Fees), international selling fees or any other fees set out at eBay.com.au (the “Site”), as varied from time to time.
• This Promotion does not apply to listings in the following excluded categories: Businesses for Sale (11759), Aircrafts (63676), Boats (26429), Caravans/Motorhomes (32633), Cars (29690), Motorcycles (32073), Trucks/Commercial Vehicles (6049), Real Estate (10542), Services (316), Flights (3253), Tickets (1305), Travel (3252) and Vouchers/Gift Certificates (172008).
• Listings that contravene eBay's policies or fail to comply with these terms and conditions are excluded.
  

Miscellaneous

• Australia Post Terms & Conditions apply when using Australia Post services.
• eBay’s standard fees specified on the Site continue to apply.
• eBay’s User Agreement and other rules and policies continue to apply and are set out at: http://pages.ebay.com.au/help/policies/overview.html. Terms that are not defined in these Terms and Conditions have the meaning given to them in eBay’s User Agreement.
• eBay reserves the right to verify the eligibility of sellers and listings to participate in this offer. Persons who violate these Terms and Conditions may not be eligible for future promotions on the Site. eBay may disallow the participation of a particular seller at any time.
• To the extent permitted by law, eBay is not liable for any injury, loss or damage of any nature whatsoever (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) which is suffered or sustained as a result of or in connection with receiving, taking or using the discount.
• All monetary amounts referred to in these terms and conditions are in Australian dollars (AUD).
• Any tax liability arising as a result of accepting the offer or in relation to qualifying listings is the responsibility of the seller.
• eBay reserves the right, at its reasonable discretion, to vary these terms and conditions, or to cancel or change the offer at any time. eBay will only vary these terms and conditions, or cancel or change the offer where it determines, acting reasonably, that it is necessary to do so to prevent fraud, misuse or abuse of the offer, to correct any error or mistake, or where it is necessary to do so to protect eBay’s legitimate interests. Unless it is necessary to update these terms and conditions to correct a mistake or error, or to urgently cancel or change the offer such as in the case of fraudulent activity, eBay will provide 48 hours’ notice (“Notice Period”) by publishing revised terms on the Site. If you do not agree to the variation or change to the offer, you must cease participation in the offer during the Notice Period. Notwithstanding the foregoing, any offer which does not have an end date specified at the time of launch or is promoted as a limited time only offer, will not have an indefinite duration and may be ended by eBay at any time. It is your responsibility to check whether an offer is still available before proceeding to purchase.
• This Promotion is offered by eBay Marketplaces GmbH (“eBay”).
• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales and the courts of New South Wales shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any dispute arising out of, or in connection to, these Terms and Conditions or this Promotion.
