Regulations which may impact sellers who sell internationally

Stay compliant with Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) regulations

If you sell to buyers in Europe, it’s important to familiarise yourself with the Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) regulations. These regulations are aimed at protecting the environment, improving waste management and fostering recycling innovation. To help you stay on top of EPR, we have introduced some important updates.

To ensure compliance, please add your Unique Identification Number (UIN) to your Account Settings page, under Business Information. This will apply the UIN to all your EPR qualifying listings. For more information, please refer to our Help page on EPR for business sellers listing on eBay.fr.
