  2. Choose an Australia Post service and packaging option.

    a. Own packaging – confirm your parcel’s weight and dimensions, or

    b. Australia Post packaging – choose from the available options
  3. Select QR code as your label format and download or save your QR code. You’ll also receive the QR code by email for easy access.
  4. Take your parcel to an Australia Post location and a store associate will scan your code, print your label, and attach it to your parcel.

    No, the QR code will be automatically emailed to you. Simply open the email on your phone or device to access the QR code. However, if you prefer, you can also download the QR code directly from the label purchase confirmation page.

  • Do I need a MyPost Business account to access these rates?

    No. All sellers buying Australia Post labels through eBay automatically receive the discounts.

  • What happens if I don’t use my label?

    Labels can be cancelled within 5 days for a full refund via the eBay Labels dashboard.

  • What is the maximum size and weight I can send with Australia Post?
