When does the Promotion run?

• The Promotion runs from 00:00 (AEST) on Sunday 15 March 2026 to 23:59 (AEST) on Friday 20 March 2026 (“Promotion Period”).  
• eBay reserves the right to cancel or change the Promotion at any time, as set out further below.

Who is eligible for this Promotion?

• “Eligible Sellers” means sellers who:
  • have Australia or New Zealand as their registered address on eBay.com.au (the “Site”); 
  • have been invited to participate in the Promotion by eBay via email or onsite marketing; 
• This Promotion is not transferable or exchangeable.
• The Promotion is linked to the eBay account under which it appears. Qualifying sellers must list using the User ID associated with that eBay account.
• Sellers whose eBay accounts are temporarily or indefinitely suspended, made inactive or are subject to listing restrictions, or whose seller performance level is Below Standard, whether prior to or during the Promotion Period, are not eligible for this Promotion.

What is the Promotion?

• Eligible Sellers will receive a maximum of five (5) free ($0.00) postage labels to send Eligible Items, when purchased through the eBay Labels Platform during the Promotion Period (“Promotion”).
• “Eligible Items” means items that are:
  • listed in the following categories: download list here;
  • Sold during the Promotion Period;
  • listed as auction or fixed-price listings only; and
  • not otherwise excluded under these terms and conditions.
• For the avoidance of doubt, if you cancel the label, you will not be eligible for an additional free label.

What exclusions apply?

• For the avoidance of doubt, the Promotion applies to the first five (5) eligible postage labels purchased per eligible account through eBay’s Labels Platform during the Promotion Period for the purpose of sending Eligible Items.
• The promotion does not apply to Australia Post’s additional options such as signature on delivery or additional liability coverage.
• Listings that contravene eBay's policies or fail to comply with these terms and conditions are excluded.
• You may be excluded from this Promotion if your eBay account is subject to listing restrictions, suspended, restricted or made inactive or if your seller performance falls to Below Standard prior to or during the Promotion Period.

General

• Australia Post Terms & Conditions apply when using the Australia Post postage services.
• eBay’s standard selling fees specified on the Site continue to apply.
• eBay’s User Agreement and other rules and policies continue to apply and are set out at: http://pages.ebay.com.au/help/policies/overview.html. Terms that are not defined in these Terms and Conditions have the meaning given to them in eBay’s User Agreement.
• eBay reserves the right to verify eligibility of sellers and listings to participate in this Promotion. Persons who violate these Terms and Conditions may not be eligible for future promotions on the Site. eBay may disallow the participation of a particular seller at any time.
• To the extent permitted by law, eBay is not liable for any injury, loss or damage of any nature whatsoever (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) which is suffered or sustained as a result of or in connection with receiving, taking or using the discount.
• All monetary amounts referred to in these terms and conditions are in Australian dollars (AUD). 
• Any tax liability arising as a result of accepting the offer or in relation to qualifying listings is the responsibility of the seller.
• eBay reserves the right, at its reasonable discretion, to vary these terms and conditions, or to cancel or change the offer at any time. eBay will only vary these terms and conditions, or cancel or change the offer where it determines, acting reasonably, that it is necessary to do so to prevent fraud, misuse or abuse of the offer, to correct any error or mistake, or where it is necessary to do so to protect eBay’s legitimate interests. Unless it is necessary to update these terms and conditions to correct a mistake or error, or to urgently cancel or change the offer such as in the case of fraudulent activity, eBay will provide 48 hours’ notice (“Notice Period”) by publishing revised terms on the Site. If you do not agree to the variation or change to the offer, you must cease participation in the offer during the Notice Period. Notwithstanding the foregoing, any offer which does not have an end date specified at the time of launch or is promoted as a limited time only offer, will not have an indefinite duration and may be ended by eBay at any time. It is your responsibility to check whether an offer is still available before proceeding to purchase.
• This Promotion is offered by eBay Marketplaces GmbH (“eBay”).
• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales and the courts of New South Wales shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any dispute arising out of, or in connection to, these Terms and Conditions or this Promotion.
