Program requirements for business sellers
To join the program, you must meet the following criteria when you apply:
- Offer authentic branded inventory from trusted and verified sources
- Top Rated seller status and positive feedback score over 98%
- "Item not received" rate of 1% or less
- "Item not as described" rate of 4% or less
- 30-day returns accepted (as a minimum)
- 3-day order handling time or less
- A minimum of 6 high-quality images of your items
- Reviewed/accepted T&C's
