By enabling AI Responses, you can streamline your customer interactions by receiving suggested answers to buyer questions. With this feature, eBay.ai automatically drafts responses to buyer questions using information already available in your listing and order details.

How it works
Once the feature is available, you'll get a pop-up notification in My eBay Messages prompting you to enable it. Once you opt in, AI Responses will suggest answers to buyer questions, only using information available in your listing and order details. You'll have full control and will be able to select to 'Use' or 'Dismiss' which responses are being sent to buyers. If you select 'Use' you will have the option to edit the response before sending. The feature can be disabled anytime.
Next Steps
The option to opt in or disable the feature is currently available for selection in My eBay Messages for select sellers. The feature will be progressively launched to sellers from May 2025.
