Low cost, easy returns with HUBBED

We’ve partnered with HUBBED to expand our returns carrier options.

HUBBED is a convenient and cost-effective returns solution. You’ll be able to give your buyers the option between HUBBED or Australia Post if they need to make a return.

What’s changing?

HUBBED is now available as our second returns carrier, enabling your buyers to drop off their return parcels at over 1,300 parcel collection points. These include convenience stores and 24/7 locations* such as BP, National Storage and independent family-owned local businesses across the country.

How it works

Seller paid returns

  • We automatically provide the cheapest available label to the buyer when they raise a return. This will now most often be a HUBBED label – they offer a flat rate of $5.24** for items up to 10kg and 120cm cubic dimensions, which can mean big savings for you on returns!

Buyer paid returns

  • The buyer has the choice between HUBBED and Australia Post for their return label.

What’s staying the same

Australia Post is still available as a return option and will remain the default option in areas where HUBBED isn’t available. When buyers are paying for their own returns, they’ll be able to use an Australia Post return label as usual, but now have the added option of using HUBBED returns if they live in an eligible location.
