  • Under 'Paid and Posted' in the Seller Hub Orders Tab, you can filter your orders using the 'Show eBay Plus only' filter 

  • For missing tracking: Here you can find your orders that do not have tracking numbers uploaded during your review period as set out in your warning email. 

  • For express postage: Here you can select the order number to see which postage service should have been used for that order.

Tracking your online orders is part of offering a retail standard shopping experience for your buyers. On eBay, using a tracked postage service and uploading valid tracking helps manage buyer expectations, reduce buyer issues and protect you against buyer claims.

For any Plus orders regardless of buyer location, orders are required to be sent using a tracked postage service.  

There are two key ways that sellers can identify whether an order has been made by a Plus member.

  • Sellers can access their orders report via Manage Orders page.  Column BO within the excel report will flag whether the order has been made by a plus buyer.
  • Under 'Paid and Posted' in the Seller Hub Orders Tab, you can  filter your orders using the 'Show eBay Plus only' filter

We will include all tracked shipping services as a part of your store’s valid tracking %

For multi-item orders, the tracking number needs to be uploaded on each item.

  • If you package all items in one parcel, make sure the same tracking number is uploaded in My eBay to each item.

  • If you package the items into multiple parcels, make sure the corresponding tracking number is uploaded in My eBay for each item.

A tracking number is classified as valid if all the below conditions are met:

  • A tracking number is uploaded to the order; AND

  • The carrier used is an eBay integrated carrier; AND

  • At least one tracking event is shown in My eBay.
