Refurbished Program categories & grading criteria

Category Grading Scales

See below the full list of categories that are enabled in the eBay Refurbished Program. For all categories listed in the doc, once accepted in the program, you will be able to list in one of the four refurbished grades based on your eligibility.

Each category in the program has a set of standards each item has to reach based on which grade it is listed in - it includes the physical grading requirements and the required functionality checks. This exists not only so you know which grade to list your item in, but to help you match eBay grades to those you may have on your own site, so all buyers get a consistent shopping experience on eBay.

We’ve made a handy guide you can download at the link below, and we’ve displayed the standards for the more popular categories for easy access as well.
