To get the most out of your Seller Clinic session, choose a topic you’d like support with. This will help your Growth Advisor prepare ahead of time to maximise your time together.

Simply book an appointment via Calendly. Select a date and time that works for you, and one of our expert Growth Advisors will give you a call at your allotted time.
Please note that appointment times can be edited within Calendly. However, we ask that you try to keep your original appointment time, so you can be paired with the Growth Advisor that has prepared for your unique topic.

Is there a charge associated with booking a session?
- No, the 3 sessions are provided to eligible sellers free of charge.
Can I book a follow-up session with the same Growth Advisor?
An eBay Growth Advisor will be assigned to you based on availability. While it’s not possible to request a specific advisor in advance, all our advisors are well-equipped to support a wide range of topics and provide valuable, fresh insights.
Do I need to provide anything ahead of the appointment?
No, getting started is easy. Just book an appointment via the Calendly link provided and select the topic you’d like to discuss.
What can I expect to get from the session?
You can expect to speak with a Growth Advisor who will provide personalised advice for your eBay business, based on the topic you’ve pre-selected to discuss during the session.
How many of these sessions can I make use of?
Eligible sellers can book up to 3 sessions every 12 months from the first booked appointment. Any unused Seller Clinic sessions cannot be transferred to the following calendar year and will be forfeited.

- are registered as a business on eBay.com.au (the “Site”); and
- have previously participated in eBay’s Kickstarter or ProSeller programs.
Terms and Conditions
By booking a Seller Clinic appointment, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions and all eBay policies, including but not limited to eBay’s User Agreement and User Privacy Notice. eBay’s User Agreement and other rules and policies continue to apply and are set out at: http://pages.ebay.com.au/help/policies/overview.html. Terms that are not defined in these Terms and Conditions have the meaning given to them in eBay’s User Agreement.
Who is eligible?
1. Seller Clinics are available to sellers who:
- are registered as a business on eBay.com.au (the “Site”); and
- have previously participated in eBay’s Kickstarter or ProSeller programs.
2. Your participation and access to the Seller Clinics, including the Seller Clinics, is linked to your eBay account used to book the Seller Clinics and is not transferable.

3. Eligible sellers can book up to 3 appointments every 12 months from the first booked appointment. Any unused Seller Clinics cannot be transferred to the following calendar year and will be forfeited.
General
4. eBay reserves the right to verify the eligibility of sellers to participate in the Seller Clinics. Persons who violate these Terms and Conditions may not be eligible for future Seller Clinics. eBay may disallow the participation of a particular seller at any time.
5. To the extent permitted by law, eBay is not liable for any injury, loss or damage of any nature whatsoever (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) which is suffered or sustained as a result of or in connection with your entry to or participation in the Seller Clinics.
6. eBay reserves the right, at its reasonable discretion, to vary these Terms and Conditions, or to cancel or change the Seller Clinics at any time. eBay will only vary these Terms and Conditions, or cancel or change the Seller Clinics where it determines, acting reasonably, that it is necessary to do so to prevent fraud, misuse or abuse of the Seller Clinics, to correct any error or mistake, or where it is necessary to do so to protect eBay’s legitimate interests. Unless it is necessary to update these Terms and Conditions to correct a mistake or error, or to urgently cancel or change the Seller Clinics such as in the case of fraudulent activity, eBay will provide 48 hours’ notice (“Notice Period”) by publishing revised terms on the Site. If you do not agree to the variation or change to the Seller Clinics, you must cease participation in the Seller Clinics during the Notice Period.
7. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales and the courts of New South Wales shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any dispute arising out of, or in connection to, these Terms and Conditions or the Seller Clinics.
