I bought 2 of these VPC-S1070 Cameras as the quality is superior and easy to use and the price is Super Affordable!!!!!!! I just turned 70 this year and am giving serious consideration on selling my expensive CANON Camera and Gear as these Sanyos are all I really need at this, the tail end of my life>>>!!!! I highly recommend this Camera for beginners and the experienced!!! Also easy to upload pictures to computer, put on a Flash Stick and take to Wal-Greens for example for hard copies!!!!!!!! Outstanding Camera!!!

As a professional photographer I bought this small, yet powerful camera, to take snapshots quickly instead of using my professional and bulky gear. This camera has 10MP of image quality, have very intuitive functions, and it so easy to use. It also comes with rechargeable batteries and a charger. I can't believe even the retail price of this camera is so cheap. It is one of the best in the market. This camera has been one of the most useful and easy to use cameras I have ever bought. most bang for the buck

with the great resolution and video clarity and ease of use, the s1070 is starting to replace my much more costly Minolta Dimage.

the eneloop batteries seem to last longer than most rechargeables and has not let me down when i need to get that unexpected shot!

Sanyo VPC S1070 10.0 Megapixel

This is a great little camera! Great, clear pictures, small and can take a hit and still work. That's why I bought another one! You can find them on ebay for cheap. It's a great buy for sure.

I WANTED TO BUY A CAMERA FOR MY GRANDMOTHER WHO IS OVER 90 YEARS OLD. SHE LOVES TO PHOTOGRAPH HER DESCENDANTS AND HER 35MM CAMERA BROKE, WHICH WAS A VERY EXPENSIVE CANON. I WANTED ONE EASY FOR HER TO USE AND SEE TO SET, ETC. I SAW THIS CAMERA AND IT LOOKED PRETTY GOOD. SD CARD, BUILT-IN FLASH, RECHARGEABLE BATTERIES, ZOOM, 2.4" SCREEN, ETC. SO I BOUGHT IT TO TRY.
I HAVE A DIGITAL CAMERA SIMILAR THAT COST OVER TWICE THE PRICE, BUT I FOUND THIS CAMERA TAKING BETTER PICTURES, EASIER TO USE AND SET,ETC. I ALMOST WANTED TO KEEP IT AND NOT GIVE IT TO HER! BUT I HAD A FAMILY TO FACE AND MADE THE BETTER DECISION.
I RECOMMEND THAT IF GIVING A GIFT, GET THIS CAMERA. IF BUYING FOR YOURSELF, GET THIS CAMERA. MY ONLY RECOMMENDATION IS TO GET A NICE LITTLE CASE TO KEEP CD, CHARGER, BATTERIES, CABLES, ETC. IN. It gives a very clear picture and the digital anti blur is pretty good for catching sprints. The video on this camera is also really good. Since it includes a camera pouch and batteries the price is very affordable for such good quality.Read full review...

I like this camera it takes decent pictures.

i bought this camera for repair of another camera and it worked fine. happy to have the original camera working again.
