One of the best movies of the year. Exceptionally well-edited and scripted.
One of Woody's greatest films to date. A must see. Very unique performance from Phoenix - more memorable than many often wooden performances from mainstream actors. The DVD version does not have subtitles which can be challenging as they speak in American accents quite fast at times so for an English speaker not from North America it can be hard to catch every nuance of the dialog, which is quite advanced and punchy. Emma Stone's best performance to date also - this movie brings her into the world of real acting.Read full review...
